Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine, proved after investigation and subjected to certain conditions as given below. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

  • For any cancellation, please mail us at [email protected]
  • For classroom sessions, the cancellation request will be accepted immediately after the first session and before the second session only. After attending the first session, if you are not satisfied with the session, you can apply for cancellation and 100% money paid would be refunded.
  • Cancellation request after subsequent sessions would not be accepted
  • After cancellation, before the refund is initiated, you need to submit back the training material in original condition. If the training material is not submitted, the cost will be adjected from the amount.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our delivery, you can apply for the refund as mentioned in the cancellation policy.
The refund will be initiated within 5 working days of refund approval as mentioned in the cancellation policy

  • If the amount is paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of payment
  • If the amount is paid by net banking, the refund will be issued to the original bank account provided at the time of payment
  • If the amount is paid by cheque or NEFT, the refund cheque will be issued to the same account from which the transfer was initiated
